State Congress president Govind Singh Dotasra slammed the Bhajan Lal govt, saying that despite promises of creating jobs, over 1 lakh positions are vacant in the state’s education department alone. He said the govt’s announcement of 50% reservation for women in Grade III teacher recruitment hasn’t been implemented by making amendments in rules. He added there were no promotions in the education department for a year.
